The Project
Write email templates that Merck Animal Health Canada’s sales representatives could use to contact veterinary clinics about new customer prices for their Nobivac® vaccines, as well as an email template informing customers of a backorder regarding their Nobivac® Lyme vaccine. The copy targeted office managers and veterinarians, and conveyed a tone of voice that felt conversational and familiar as opposed to commercial and/or robotic.
